Colombo – Negombo -  Pinnawala – Habarana - Matale – Kandy - Nuwara Eliya - Ella (By Train) - – Udawalawe - Yala - Galle - Colombo

Day 1: Arrive Colombo – Negombo

Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, clear immigration, collect your luggage, and pass through customs. A Pearl Aventura Tours Representative will be waiting to greet you with a paging board with your name on it.

Colombo, Sri Lanka's commercial capital, is a bustling city with a blend of modern life and colonial buildings. After a brief drive, arrive in Negombo, a charming seaside resort known for its beautiful beaches and historic significance as a trading port for the Dutch and Portuguese.

Day 2: Negombo – Pinnawala – Habarana

After breakfast, travel to Habarana, a small city known for its proximity to the ancient rock fortress of Sigiriya. En route, enjoy a safari in Minneriya National Park, home to large herds of elephants and a diverse range of wildlife.

Day 3: Habarana

Early morning visit to Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Climb the 5th-century fortress and admire the frescoes of the "Heavenly Maidens." Later, participate in a cooking class for an authentic Sri Lankan lunch and enjoy a village tour with a tractor ride, catamaran ride, and tuk-tuk ride.

Day 4: Habarana – Matale – Kandy

Visit Dambulla Cave Temple, another UNESCO World Heritage site, before traveling to Kandy. En route, visit Matale Spice Garden and learn about local spices. In Kandy, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka's most sacred shrines.

Day 5: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Travel to Nuwara Eliya, also known as "Little England," with its cool climate and British colonial influence. Visit a tea plantation and factory, and enjoy a tea plucking and tasting session. Explore the city, including Hakgala Botanical Garden, Victoria Park, and Gregory Lake.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya – Ella (By Train)

Take a scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella, one of the most picturesque rail journeys in the world. Visit the Nine Arches Bridge, a marvel of engineering surrounded by lush greenery.

Day 7: Ella

After breakfast, visit Little Adams Peak for stunning views. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Ella – Udawalawe

Travel to Udawalawe, known for its national park. Enjoy a game drive at Udawalawe National Park, home to a significant population of elephants and other wildlife.

Day 9: Udawalawe – Yala

Travel to Yala and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in Yala National Park, renowned for its elephant, leopard, and other wildlife sightings.

Day 10: Yala

Morning safari at Bundala National Park, a haven for birdwatchers with nearly 200 species of birds. Return to the hotel for breakfast, and enjoy another jeep safari in Yala National Park in the afternoon.

Day 11: Yala – Galle

Travel to Galle and visit Galle Fort, a historic site with well-preserved Dutch architecture, churches, and ramparts.

Day 12: Galle

Enjoy a leisurely day in Galle, exploring its charming streets and historic sites.

Day 13: Galle – Colombo

Travel to Colombo and enjoy a city tour, including Pettah Market, Galle Face Green, Dutch Hospital complex, and more. Visit the Temple of Gangaramaya and the Colombo Lotus Tower for a panoramic view of the city.

Day 14: Depart Colombo

After breakfast, transfer to Colombo International Airport for your departure.
